The Hub Student Ministry

What is The HUB?

Today, the life of a student can be stressful and exhausting. The HUB is a fun, safe and supportive place where students can RE:Fuel, RE:Fresh and RE:Focus. Through Bible study, fellowship, service to others and tons of food, HUB students learn how to both talk about AND demonstrate the love of Christ. At the HUB, we simply want to be ready and available when God calls, so that we can say, "Here I am. Send me!"

Come join us Wednesdays at 5:30 and Sundays at 9:15.

Sunday Morning

Connect Groups

Join us each Sunday morning at 9:15 as we make our way through The Gospel Project for Students, and discover how everything in the Bible ultimately points to Christ.

A midweek retreat

Wednesday Nights...

At The HUB, we spend a ton of time in service to others as we try to live out our core purpose, found in Isaiah 6:8 "Here I am, send me."  For this reason, our Wednesday nights are geared toward The HUB motto,  RE:Fuel, RE:Fresh, and RE:Focus. Through Bible study, prayer, worship, fellowship, fun, ping-pong and lots of food, we strive to do just that. Dinner is served at 5:30 and our services begin at 6:00. There is something for everyone at The HUB.

COME JOINS US...AND BRING A FRIEND!

Paul's Letter to the Ephesians

Blueprint

On Wednesdays this fall, The Hub is picking up where they left off back in March when COVID hit. We will continue our study through Paul's incredible Letter to the Ephesians.

As always, we'll meet at 5:30 for snacks and hanging out, then worship at 6:00. We hope you'll join us!

Reaching Out

Send me

SEND ME is what we call our missions program at The HUB.

As part of our local missions focus, we have an ongoing relationship with St. Paul Children's Foundation, serving families right here in Tyler through their summer feeding program, Secret Santa Workshop and various other times as needed.

Through our Texas missions experience we have served the homeless population of Galveston with Galveston Street Ministries,  worked with Texas Baptist Men rebuilding the homes of flood displaced families in Southeast Texas, and helped Remedy Church of Waxahachie spread The Gospel to their community.

Beyond the borders of our state, we have and are working with Pathway Church of Gresham, OR (Portland) to help launch new campuses and reach out to one of the most unchurched metropolitan areas of the United States. Additionally, HUB students and leaders have spent time in Louisiana helping rebuild the homes of those affected by various storms.

Our most recent partnership, with Kenyan Girls Ministry, now offers a way for our students to be exposed to the foreign mission field.

At The HUB, we simply want to be ready when God calls, so that we can respond with, "Here I am. Send me!"

COME BE A PART OF CHANGING LIVES...maybe even your own!
