GABC South's Women's Ministry exists to bring women of all ages together providing fellowship, ministering through prayer and encouragement; and to provide spiritual enlightenment and training through Bible studies, speaker led fellowships, retreats, and group share opportunities, while striving to meet the needs of each woman.
The GABC South women dive into a Bible study during the spring and fall months. They gather weekly to talk through the study, encourage one another and fellowship. This is a great time for ladies to get to know other ladies, and grow together in their walk with the Lord.
The upcoming study for women is Beth Moore's "Patriarchs" Bible study. You can find out more about the upcoming study here.
Three times during the year, we partner ladies up with a Soul Sister! The idea is similar to having a secret sister, except it challenges you to go deeper and...there's no secret! You'll know who your sister is, and they'll know you. Hopefully during the time you're soul'd together, you can pray for one another, share meals with each other and grow in your faith together. If you would like to sign up for Soul Sisters, please contact the church office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each week, members of our women's ministry send cards to those who are sick, have missed, or who are having birthdays. This is a great ministry that encourages those in our church, and provides a ministry opportunity for our ladies. If would like to get involved, please contact our office administrator, Randee, at the church office and she'll get you plugged in!
